Skin type/condition: All skin types and conditions, especially those experiencing insomnia, restless sleep or poor sleep. This is the wearable gel version of our Sleepwell Diffuser Blend.

Benefits: Promotes feelings of peacefulness, encouraging you to gently drift into calm comfortable stillness. Essential oils soothe and transpose your breathing, your body and your mind into restful slumber.

Key ingredients: Essential oils of Lavender and Valerian Root soothe the senses to aid in restful sleep.

How to use: Apply a thin layer to shoulders base of back and soles of feet before retiring to bed.
