Delivery
Orders will be delivered either by Royal Mail or by a courier service each of which will require a signature upon receipt. If there is no one available to sign for the goods the Royal Mail or courier will leave a card with details of how you should contact them. You can provide an alternative delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for delivery. If the delivery is not signed for courier will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery (winthin same postal code area). Due to the increasing costs of transport, courier services will now make only one further attempt to deliver your order, after which there may be a charge for any further attempts. If you fail to contact them to arrange re-delivery your parcel will be returned to Eve Taylor (London) Limited as undeliverable. Should your parcel be returned to us, there will be a further delivery charge to re-send your order. Please note that courier delivery services are normally only available Monday to Friday inclusive, between the hours of 9am and 5pm. UK Mainland orders usually arrive within 3 - 4 business days of despatch. You should note that heavy orders will be shipped by courier, who may not deliver on a weekend. During the lead up to, and after holiday periods parcel delivery may slow down or is delayed so please bear this in mind if you are placing an order just before Christmas, or near to a Bank Holiday period (please note: we are closed from the Christmas to New Year holiday period, inclusive) orders placed during this period will not be dispatched until after the first working day, following this particular holiday period.
Order processing
Orders will normally be processed and despatched within 3 to 4 working days following the date of your order being placed.
Returns policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us by telephone, 01733 260161within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund any delivery charges to you that are incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please inform us by letter, fax or email within the time period if you wish to cancel the order.( All purchases returned must be in the condition we sent them out.) You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as long as the goods are not faulty or do not comply with the contract. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods are packed correctly using suitable packaging materials. as a result we cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged en-route after they leave our premises. Please always remember to telephone us on 01733 260161 before any goods are returned for either a refund or a replacement so that we can ensure that you problem is dealt with as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made to the same debit or credit card that was originally used for the purchase.
Payments
We accept Cheques & BACS payable to Eve Taylor (London) Ltd Major Credit / Debit cards accepted (except American Express or Diners ) with a minimum of £15.00.
Damages and Errors
Please check your order carefully upon delivery and report any damages or shortages within 5 working days of your order being received. Please retain and keep all packaging materials used for inspection by the courier or Royal Mail.
Tax charges
For all UK orders a VAT charge of 20% will be made. All Recommended Retail Prices are Tax inclusive.

Our site is a secure e-commerce site and we are utilising the latest encryption technology with our e-commerce partners Barclays Bank Plc Online Merchant Services.

Eve Taylor (London) Ltd will accept no liability for any of its Professional Products being sold onto persons other than fully qualified therapists. If ANY Eve Taylor Professional Products are purchased and then found to be sold via a third party without its knowledge or authorisation - Eve Taylor (London) Limited reserves the right to take legal action against such parties and recover costs and damages as it sees fit.
